How to Keep Clean Trucking in Your Inbox

Whitelisting (sometimes called “safelist” or “marking as important”) is a quick, one-time step that makes sure emails from Clean Trucking always land where you’ll see them: your inbox. 

In most cases, all you need to do is open one of our emails from your email client — found in the list below — and tell your mail program to trust the sender. 

If you are not receiving emails from us, they are most likely going to be in a junk/clutter/promotional/spam folder or another subfolder.

Below are step-by-step guides for the most common email services. 

• Open an email from Clean Trucking.
• Tap or click the sender’s name or address.
• Choose Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
  • Tip: Adding to VIPs creates a special folder just for us in iOS Mail.

💻 Outlook (Desktop versions 20XX)

• Open a message from Clean Trucking.
• At the top of the email, look for the notice about downloading images.
• Click and select Add Sender to Safe Senders List.

🌐 Outlook.com

• Open a message from Clean Trucking.
• At the top of the email, you may see: “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.”
• Click the link that says I trust Clean Trucking. Always show content.
