Bollinger, EO Charging partner for electrification solutions

Bollinger Motors and EO Charging have entered into a strategic partnership, the companies announced Thursday. It will provide comprehensive electrification solutions for Bollinger's fleet customers, they said.

"Electrifying a commercial fleet can feel like a daunting challenge, with many unknowns in infrastructure, scalability and cost," says Jim Connelly, chief revenue officer at Bollinger. "Our partnership with EO Charging eliminates those uncertainties by giving fleet managers access to the expertise, equipment and end-to-end solutions needed to make electrification seamless and efficient." 

Bollinger and its national dealer network will provide customers access to EO Charging's solutions, including the full charge assurance solution that includes charger installation, a complete tech stack and 24/7 support. EO Charging has supported more than 50 million charging sessions with more than 100,000 charging units at 1,700 sites.

EO Charging's approach includes planning, development and construction of charging infrastructure, along with state-of-the-art charging hardware and sophisticated management software solutions, the company says.

The following survey was sent as a link in an email cover message in February 2023 to the newsletter lists for Overdrive and CCJ. After approximately two weeks, a total of 176 owner-operators under their own authority, 113 owner-operators leased or assigned to a carrier and 82 fleet executives and 36 fleet employees from fleets with 10 or more power units had completed and submitted the questionnaire for a total of 407 qualified responses. Cross-tabulations based on respondent type are provided for each question when applicable.
