Battery-electric Class 4-5 commercial truck manufacturer Rizon, a subsidiary brand of Daimler Trucks, has announced several new customer deliveries and dealership expansions in the U.S.

The expansion will kick off with more than 20 Rizon electric trucks that are slated to enter service with fleets and municipalities across California, and the company has added new dealerships in Arizona, New York, New Jersey, and Washington State.

To meet growing demand, Rizon has expanded its U.S. dealer network with new partners offering localized sales, service, and fleet support. The additions include Diversified Truck and Equipment Sales in Arizona, a longtime provider to commercial fleets; Range Zero Emissions in Washington, which specializes in electric vehicle solutions and incentive guidance; and Alta eMobility in New Jersey and New York, a division of Alta Equipment Group that's focused on end-to-end fleet electrification services.
At the same time, a growing number of fleets and public agencies are adopting Rizon trucks across California.
Republic Master Chefs is deploying five box trucks for textile and linen deliveries, while Urban Estates will introduce five e18M models for property clean-up operations. A major Southern California entertainment venue has added three trucks—two refrigerated and one tool truck for zero-emission on-site logistics.
Meanwhile, West Coast Biofuel is integrating two flatbeds to support renewable fuel distribution, and the City of Bakersfield is adding six trucks for sanitation and public works, including four flatbeds. Long Beach City College is deploying five service-body trucks for campus maintenance, and additional municipal customers include the Cities of El Cajon, Claremont, La Mirada, and the Port of Los Angeles.
"Seeing Rizon trucks at work in such a wide range of industries, from municipal services to hospitality and fuel delivery, underscores the practicality of electric trucks in everyday operations," said Alex Voets, general manager of Rizon USA. "Our expanding customer base and dealership network show that more fleets are recognizing the environmental and operational benefits of going electric."
