ACT Expo organizers have released the full speaker lineup for the 2026 conference, scheduled for May 4–7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The annual event—North America's largest fleet-focused technology conference and trade show—will feature nearly 400 speakers this year. Organizers say the roster includes senior executives, fleet operators, and technology developers who are directly involved in deploying and scaling solutions across real-world trucking and commercial fleet operations.
The program builds on a previously announced agenda highlighting advances in digital platforms, connected vehicle systems, and clean transportation technologies. Over four days, the conference aims to provide fleet professionals with a concentrated look at emerging tools, regulatory shifts, and operational strategies influencing purchasing and deployment decisions.
This year's speaker slate (click here for the complete list) reflects the issues currently dominating fleet boardrooms: artificial intelligence, vehicle autonomy, connected data ecosystems, advanced safety systems, and zero-emission vehicle adoption.

In January, show organizers announced that Rivian CEO and Founder, R.J. Scaringe, and Mack Trucks President Stephen Roy will be keynote speakers. In addition, John Smith, incoming president and CEO of FedEx Freight, has just been added as a keynote speaker.
Sessions are designed to move beyond theory, focusing instead on implementation case studies, performance measurement, and investment trade-offs.
Organizers say the emphasis is on practical insight—bringing forward operators and decision-makers who can share firsthand lessons on evaluating technologies, managing risk, and delivering measurable value in complex fleet environments.
